This hands-on robotics program will introduce students to the basics of real-life robotics, programming on the computer. Students will learn basic electronics (motors, sensors, etc.), mechanical design concepts and robotics theories. Through a series of challenges of increasing complexity, students will build-up their logical thinking and reasoning abilities as well as problem solving skills. Arduino, a popular open-source (C/Java), interface will be used as the programming platform. Upon completion, students would have acquired a solid foundation of robotics, electronics, and programming concepts.
