Robotics Class Level 1

This hands-on robotics program will introduce students to the basics of real-life robotics and programming on the computer. Students will learn basic electronics (motors, sensors, etc.), mechanical design concepts and robotics theories. Through a series of challenges of increasing complexity, students will build-up their logical thinking and reasoning abilities as well as problem solving skills. Arduino, a popular open-source (C/Java), interface will be used as the programming platform. Upon completion, students would have acquired a solid foundation of robotics, electronics, and programming concepts.


Robotics Class Level 2

This hands-on robotics course will continue the real-life robotics and programming concept students learned in Robotics Class Level 1. In this course, students will learn more complex electronics such as sensors and wireless communication components, advanced programming and advanced robotics theories. Through a series of challenges of increasing complexity, students will build-up their logical thinking and reasoning abilities as well as problem solving skills. Arduino, a popular open-source (C/Java), interface will be used as the programming platform. Upon completion, students would have acquired a solid understanding in sensory, robotics, wireless communication, and programming concepts.
